1. Information We Collect
We collect information provided directly by commissioners: league IDs, public roster usernames, team names, scoring formats, and match results. For private leagues (such as ESPN Fantasy or Yahoo Sports), credentials and session tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM prior to storage.
2. Payment and Billing Security
All payment transactions are handled directly by Stripe. FantasyByline never stores, sees, or processes complete credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank routing information on our servers.
3. Use of League Data
League data is accessed solely for generating weekly recaps, synthetic commentary, and automated community dispatches. We do not sell, rent, or trade your fantasy league information or roster data to any third-party advertisers.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Commissioners may request complete deletion of their league archives, encrypted credentials, and syndicate metadata at any time by contacting privacy@fantasybyline.com.
