1. 14-Day Commissioner Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every commissioner and league member to love their weekly broadsheets and radio broadcasts. If you are unsatisfied with FantasyByline for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@fantasybyline.com for a 100% full refund, no questions asked.
2. Pre-Season Cancellation Window
If your league purchases an annual season pass prior to NFL Week 1 and your league fails to draft or disbands before the season kickoff, you are eligible for an immediate full refund upon request.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Commissioners may cancel annual subscription renewals at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or Settings Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your syndicate retains full access through the conclusion of the paid fantasy football season, and your payment method will not be billed for subsequent seasons.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation, email support@fantasybyline.com with your league ID or Stripe customer email. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 2 business days.
